When New York cabaret crooner Paul Vincentt escapes the hustle and bustle of The Big Apple, he loves cruising the high seas. His latest cruise was on Holland America's Maasdam, a floating palace with five-star dining and five-star entertainment. This itinerary whisked him off to a kaleidoscope of colorful isles, including Curacao, Grenada, Virgin Islands, St. Lucia and Barbados, where he spent relaxing hours painting watercolor scenes of the islands and their flora. While painting from a palette of pastels and azure blues, Vincentt carries romantic tunes with him wherever he roams - the jovial bass singer is a hard-working Manhattan chanteur.

After a long and arduous Christmas season performing holiday shows and benefits, a cruise is just the ticket to kick back and recharge. Christmas is a busy season for Vincentt every year; in addition to corporate events performing as a singing Santa Claus, he stars in "Claus With a Cause," an annual benefit for COPWA (Children of Parents With AIDS) at Sardi's. Vincentt's impressive New York career has led him to the stages of The Metropolitan Room, Don't Tell Mama, Uncle Charlie's, and supper clubs like La Revista and L'Ybane. But while on the Maasdam, he enjoys taking in soothing concerts by the Adagio Strings, a talented quartet performing a repertoire ranging from the classics to Broadway (which are among Vincentt's favorites).

Diverse and lively, Vincentt stars at the Metropolitan Room in A Night of Fats Waller, A Different Shade of Blue, Explore Your Inner Cowboy, The Warm and Fuzzy Show, Twice Upon a Time and Personal Divas. Prior to his six years in Manhattan, he performed in romantic beach clubs of St. Petersburg, Ray Stevens' Dinner Theatre and with Branson's Foggy River Boys. In New Orleans, he headlined at Hotel du Maine, The Corner Pocket, Preservation Hall, Golden Lantern, Phoenix and Storyville.

His latest CD, To Make You Feel My Love has a host of Valentine flavored tunes to transform any evening into a night of romance. Selections include To Make You Feel My Love, Until the Real Thing Comes Along, and Have I Told You Lately.

Holland America Cruises provide world-class, talented performers; they are, as many would say, the entertainer's entertainers. Just ask Paul Vincentt!
