SISTER ACT's Kingsley Leggs, Feat. LaChanze, Comes to NYC's Triad Theater Tonight, 5/28

Kingsley Leggs, currently performing in Sister Act on Broadway, appears in Take Me Back - an unplugged 'Just a Piano' Concert at The Triad Theater, 158 West 72nd Street, tonight, May 28th, 2012 at 9:30pm. The evening will feature Jeff Waxman on piano with special guest Tony Winner LaChanze, with whom Mr. Leggs shared the Broadway stage in The Color Purple.

"Take Me Back is an evening of music and anecdotes about life, love and lessons featuring show tunes, standards, original music and tributes to some of our greatest entertainers who are no longer with us, such as Sammy Davis Jr., Luther Vandross, Michael Jackson and Marvin Gaye" says Leggs.

Kingsley Leggs appeared on Broadway in Miss Saigon, The Color Purple and currently appears in Sister Act. Leggs has toured in Miss Saigon, Ragtime, It Ain't Nothing But the Blues and many more, along with countless regional appearances.

A Presentation of Lee Summers' Just A Piano Concert Series, which celebrates its sixth year at the Triad Theatre. Since 2006 The Just A Piano Series has presented top recording artists, Broadway stars, Tony Award and Grammy Award Winners in a beautiful intimate setting.
