Riegler Joins Blumenkrantz, Chamberlin, Gemignani for CHRISTMASTIME SHOW

Adam Riegler (The Addams Family, SHREK) has been added to the lineup of Broadway performers featured in The Kellen and Joe Christmastime Show, an evening of Yuletide cheer and original music from the new songwriting team, Joe Kinosian and Kellen Blair (MURDER FOR TWO), at The Laurie Beechman Theatre on Sunday, December 12, 2010 at 9:30PM.

Previously announced guest performers include Jeff Blumenkrantz (HOW TO SUCCEED, A CLASS ACT), Kevin Chamberlin (The Addams Family, SEUSSICAL), Alex Gemignani (LES MISERABLES, SWEENEY TODD, ASSASSINS), Jill Abramovitz (9 TO 5, Martin Short: FAME BECOMES ME), Nicole Lewis (HAIR, RENT), Kelly McCreary (PASSING STRANGE), and Adam Overett (THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, DIRTY DANCING). The Kellen & Joe Christmastime Show is directed by Scott Weinstein and produced by Zachary Baer.

The Kellen & Joe Christmastime Show will perform at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, located within the West Bank Cafe at 407 W. 42nd Street near 9th Avenue. Tickets are $5 plus a $15 food/beverage minimum; for reservations call (212) 695-6909.

Joe Kinosian and Kellen Blair met in the BMI Musical Theatre Writing Workshop, where they are currently Advanced Members. Their recent work includes Pirates Don't Change Diapers for TheatreWorks USA, a Christmas song for Lincoln Center's 2009 Annual Holiday Songbook, and Murder For Two: A Killer Musical, their murder mystery musical comedy, which has recently received productions at the Adirondack Theatre Festival, the Hangar Theater, and 42nd Street Moon, and is gearing up for its official World Premiere in Spring 2011. They also recently took part in the 2010 Johnny Mercer Songwriters Project, where their song "You're Mine Until" was chosen to be performed at a gala honoring Stephen Schwartz.
