Nobody's Business Trio Brings HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS to Metropolitan Room, 12/15

Nobody's Business Trio will warm up the Metropolitan Room on December 15, 2012, at 9:30 pm as they invite you "Home for the Holidays." Cold wintry weather can wait out by the curb while hearts inside alternately melt and dance. Vocalists Alecia Evans, Cadden Jones and Linda Sue Moshier comprise an entrancing unique ensemble that electrifies audiences with its astonishing range of harmonization. The group's unparalleled sound derives from an uncommon blend of an opera singer, a pop singer and a jazz singer.

Accompanied by Broadway musical director Phil Hall's jazz trio and directed by the celebrated Collette Black, Nobody's Business Trio promises to delight with updated riffs on Andrews Sisters-style close part harmony. The seasonal lineup of favorites includes "I've Got My Love to Keep Me Warm," "Blue Christmas," "Santa Baby," "Count Your Blessings," "River" and "Christmas in New York," to name just a few.

With a wink and a nod to holiday spirit, the songstresses will dress in opulent giftwrap-inspired holiday finery created specially for the threesome by designer Jimmy Johansmeyer. Bring "Winter Wonderland" indoors and get those toes tapping for an evening of modern nostalgia featuring vintage seasonal tunes performed in an all-new musical event .

The Metropolitan Room is located at 34 West 22nd Street (between 5th and 6th), New York, NY. Subway: N/R to 23rd Street. Tickets are $20.
