Coming up this week, 54 BELOW, the performance venue located just below the legendary Studio 54 at 254 West 54th Street, presents some of the brightest stars from Broadway, cabaret, jazz and beyond. 54 Below also launches its new series of late night events this March. Joining Tuesday nights' popular "Backstage" with Susie Mosher will be the "54 Piano Bar," a new vocal competition - "The Callback," and more, including Telly Award winner Jamie deRoy & Friends, Broadway star Chester Gregory, singing sensation Marilyn Maye, Late Night at 54 Below, Tony nominee Adam Pascale, actor/screenwriter/playwright Charles Busch, Broadway's Caissie Levy, Walking the Line - Music of Johnny Cash.

Jamie deRoy & FRIENDS, Mar. 4 at 7PM:
Jamie's back at 54 with special guests Larry Gatlin, Tonya Pinkins, Lewis Cleale, Daisy Jopling, and Cory Kahaney! Jamie deRoy & Friends has been thrilling New York City audiences for the past 22 years and serves as the basis for deRoy's award-winning cable television show. Directed by Barry Kleinbort, the show spotlights a wide variety of well-known entertainers and newcomers lighting up the cabaret, theater and comedy worlds. Jamie is the recipient of eight MAC Awards, four BackStage Bistro Awards, ten Telly Awards and CaB Magazine's Lifetime Achievement Award for her extensive work on both stage and screen. BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND FOLLOWING HIS DAZZLING 54 BELOW DEBUT! Broadway knows him from his roles in Sister Act, Dreamgirls, Hairspray, Tarzan, Cry Baby, Shrek the Musical and many others, but this February, get up close and personal with Chester Gregory as he brings The Eve of Jackie to 54 Below. Directed by Ghost's Da'Vine Joy Randolph, The Eve of Jackie explores and celebrates the life of "Mr. Excitement," the late great entertainer Jackie Wilson. With Musical Direction by Rob Lewis, the show is co-written by Crystal Lucas-Perry and Chester himself. Also, look for a special appearance by the phenomenal Lillias White!
