MCNY Hosts Stiles, Brady in FROM WEST END TO BROADWAY: A MUSICAL THEATRE CABARET, 11/10 & 11

Today, Saturday, November 10 at 3:00pm and Sunday, November 11 at 3:00pm, join the Museum of the City of New York for an afternoon of sparkling cabaret, from both London's West End and New York's Broadway, which celebrates the musical character and flavor of both great cities. 

FROM WEST END TO BROADWAY: A MUSICAL THEATER CABARET is Written and Directed by Michael Montel, with Musical Direction by Lawrence Yurman; this production in our beloved Perform! series will feature Brigid Brady, Peter Land, Destan Owens and Sarah Stiles. Inspired by the Museum's exhibitions London Street Photography and City Scenes: Highlights of New York Street Photography, FROM FROM WEST END TO BROADWAY explores the evolution of the art of street photography and the growth of two cities from pushcarts to the present. This musical journey will range from Leonard Bernstein and the Gershwins, to Noel Coward and Irving Berlin.

Reservations and prepayment are required. Tickets are $25 for Museum members, seniors and students; $35 for general public. A limited number of $75 sponsor tickets are available; sponsor tickets include preferred seating.
