Broadway and Off-Broadway producer Ken Davenport (author of the popular blog, The Producer's Perspective) will present Carl Kissin and Robert Baumgartner Jr.'s Date of a Lifetime as the fourth and final selection in THE DAVENPORT DEVELOPMENTAL READING SERIES, four readings of new works (plays and/or musicals), on Monday, December 13th at the Davenport Studio (250 West 49th Street, Suite 302, NYC). Date of a Lifetime is directed by Jeremy Dobrish, and stars Farah Alvin and David Josefsberg. There will be two performances at 6:00pm and 8:30pm and each of the readings will be followed by a talkback with the writers. To RSVP, visit dateofalifetime.eventbrite.com.

Marvin meets Katie at a speed-dating event. During their limited time together, he hypothesizes what their life as a couple might be like -- going all the way from present day to death. Then... it's her turn. Will this awkward first encounter become yet another "looking for love" horror story, or could it truly be the date of a lifetime?

Date of a Lifetime is the fourth and final presentation in the Davenport Developmental Reading Series. The series takes place every three months and highlights new plays or musicals from exciting up-and-coming writers. Information regarding submissions can be found at www.DavenportTheatrical.com.
