After successful shows at the Laurie Beechman Theatre, and the Triad, David Davila is taking his 52 Songs to college in a unique performance by talented students from colleges in the tri-state area including New York University, Wagner College, the American Musical and Dramatic Academy, Pace University and more.

Playwright/songwriter, David Davila wrote one original song a week for an entire year until he had 52 songs and nothing to do but share them with the world. David Davila's 52 SONGS: College Edition! will be at The Underground Theatre on Wednesday, February 27 at 7:00pm.

52 SONGS: College edition features performances from Davila's project, plus songs from several musicals in development performed by Daniel Quadrino (Bye Bye Birdie), Ruby Rakos (Billy Elliot), Payton Sherry, Megan Viglione, Noah Bridgestock, Katharine Bragg, Mia Aguirre, William Bellamy, Molly Smith, Tyler Angotto, John Fitzpatrick, Jospeh Spitale, Samantha Weinstein, Jonah Mayor, Alex Eley, StEve Raymond, Haley Anna Norris, Devin Lewis, Shane Ertter and Becca Barrett.

52 SONGS: College Edition is produced by David Davila and Jay Levy and directed by Valerie Caniglia, with music direction by Jeremy Robin Lyons.

This concert is a benefit for Lone Star Theatre Company's upcoming production of David Davila's ADAN Y JULIO. The show takes place at The Underground Theatre (955 West End Avenue, at West 107th & Bway) on Wednesday, February 27 at 7:00pm. Tickets are $15. For tickets visit www.theundergroundnyc.com.
