Candice Hicks' FEELING GOOD Comes to Palm Desert's Newman Theater Today, 9/23

Candice Hincks' previous four shows at West Hollywood's Gardenia have resulted in standing room only audiences for this critically acclaimed, award winning actress. Most notably, the MET Theatre’s Bus Stop, Picnic with Nick Nolte and 27 Wagons Full of Cotton where she received the L.A. Drama Critics Award. She is a founding member of the most reputable Alliance Repertory Company (ARC) appearing in several productions including But That Wasn’t Sex, The Boys Next Door, Grace To Climb With Eagles, Over The Edge Improve Players, Big Headed Women, Power In The Blood and Night and Her Stars which received an Ovation Award.

She has starred and co-starred in several films including Night Moves, The Big Birdcage, Unholy Rollers and Night Before Dawn as well as several movies of the week which include Death Sentence, also with Nick Nolte and Cloris Leachman, Broken Promise, Ordeal of Bill Carney and News at 11 with Martin Sheen. If that wasn’t' enought, Ms. Hincks is also a published author and songwriter.

Feeling Good is a one-woman musical cabaret concert and marks Candice's first appearance at the Arthur Newman Theater at the Joslyn Center where she will be joined by Musical Director, Ron Snyder and special guest Ms. Jessica Unland. The show will take place today, September 23, 2012 at 2 PM with the box office opening at 1 PM and tickets sold at the door for $10 cash only. For more information call 760-325-2731.
